Sleep deprivation was created by NorthBoy
Good day Guys and Girls....
Seeing that nobody seem to care about my cycle log, :( i am opening a new topic :P .
I am not a good sleeper in general, but now on Tren I don't sleep at all. The last 3 nights I had about 3 hours sleep in total. What would you use in my circumstance?
Any feedback will be highly appreciated......

Try Beta Sleep with some slow acting Melatonin. If that doesn't work you may need to use a benzo but I'm fairly confident it should work

Alex, I don't have an answer for you but I have exactly the same problem, arms and lower back numbness and pain. One of the reasons I can't sleep.

Are you on a cycle and holding water? If you are you could be causing your kidneys to strain. The heart could be having a hard time circulating blood throughout your body. I would test my blood pressure and see what your pulse is sitting at. I was getting that in my cycle in my hands they would go into pins and needles, I lowered estrogen and the problem went away. I did however use hawthorn berry as it lowers blood pressure, helps regulate the heart and is known as a heart tonic, within 3 days it went away.

Go to a chiro and check u don't have any impingements any where. Also look at going for sports massage to get trigger points released and to make muscles more supple and break down any adhesions in the muscle. I have been going for massage 2x a week(luckily this girl I know is a sports massage therapist) and well recovery is better less chance of injury and also helps break down knots that can be affecting blood flow.

Morning Northboy

Is the Gaba working for your sleep deprivation?

I got some Gaba to help with sleep deprivation...but it does not seem to work.

Going to try Melatonin next.

If its worth doing, its worth doing properly.

Hi Norris

Where did you get your GABA from and how much do you drink? And how long before bed?

Ondier, Thanks, the Gaba that I got from you on Friday definitely seems to work. The pins and needles in face, ears and chest on the first night was a bit weird, but nothing to worry about.
Norris, I tried Melatonin together with Betasleep and the most sleep I got was 3 hours.

Great stuff bud. Thanks for the feedback. If you still struggle to sleep through up your dose!

You'll get your sweet spot & dosage ;)
