And this is the reason why u are carrying the spare tire. Try and stick to your diet for a full week this time and then have a cheat meal next week Sunday. And a meal would be something like a home made burger.oven bake chips, and some frozen yoghurt. All low fat high carb and low protein. This should be the last meal of the day.

95% lean beef mince from woolies. Add herbs and spices. The fry those up with some onions and some pineapple and add to your burger bun. Add some low fat cottage cheese with some sweet chilli. Then u are good to go.
