Hi All

Firstly herewith my stats:
Male
26 years old
1.88
110.7 kg's (Down from 120.3)
23% BF

I require some advice. I have recently sorted out my diet ( 5 Weeks and going strong) and would like to add a fat burner to kick it up to second gear.

Currently the only options I have available is:

ThermoBurn
F-Off Fat
Heat
ECA Stack

(I have read many good things regarding FFF, unfortunately none of my sources have this)

I would like to know witch would be the best for me to use. ( Note: I have never used any AAS only some ephedrine before rugby games- my stupid younger years.)

Your advice is greatly appreciated.

As the guys say - post yourdiet etc. You may think its sorted. Guys like DJ and Pyro will quickly give valuable advise.

Insofar I understand, just by tweaking your diet you will lose alot of weight. Using Fatburners isn't some magic pill if you don't diet and train correctly. More than likely you'll end up putting yourself into metabolic shock and slow your metabolism down. The weight will come back with a vengeance once you "eat normally" again.
The benefit of fatburners are best when you get your BF% right down and want to shake those last few kg's.

By then you would have reprogrammed your metabolism and your lifestyle (if you're not going to stick to eating clean why is the weight going to stay off???).

AAS at BF of 23% is a definite no no as you will have a high chance of gyno.

Also shake up your training routine. If you're doing the same thing over and over you will plateau

Good luck.

It isn't going to be easy, and it isn't going to be overnight. As long as you are patient and know what you are working towards the succes will come. A fat loss of more than 2kg per month is too rapid and doesn't give your body chance to adjust. e.g may be left with saggy skin. NB in ten months that 20kg so think long term, not short.

Get your BF% measured monthly with calipers as this will give you a true reflection of your body composition change. Don't fret about the scale as your lean may increase while losing fat and it may appear that nothing is happening whilst in truth - its happening.

Good judgement comes from experience.
Experience comes from bad judgement.

Way too many shakes! You need to replace the shakes with whole foods, as that is what your body needs. Shakes only when whole foods are not practically possible, or around workouts. Your diet is working and your body is loving it so do not change the amount of calories or your training. Do not add a fat burner just yet. For now go and research Clenbuterol and Yohimbine (plenty of info on the site), then when fat loss slows down you can add these two compounds.

Do you count the Whey and Protein Complex as shakes, or only the meal replacement?
