Hi guys
So I'm really confused of what I look like..
In the day-light I look like shit and then at night when the room lights are on, I look good n in shape?

So what do I actually look like ? I know this is abit of a stupid question but how do I look good in both day-light and in the night room light..

Take a photo mornings, afternoon and evening infront of the same mirror, with the same lighting & the same pose. That will give you more or less an idea. Better even is do a 360 while the wife records you in the different light settings.

Jip lets help you judge yourself - photos. I know one thing for sure is that bodybuilders are never happy and crit themselves to hard. As long as you trying hard you look good. I always compare myself to people in my age and they look like shit. So keep lifting, you probably look better than you think bro. Most 20 yr olds spend their life on their stink poefs on the couch!!!

IMO, to really understand what your body looks like in different conditions, look at yourself:
1) Upon waking, your fasted and empty.
2) After a cardio session
3) After each lifting session
4) Before going to bed at night
5) After a meal

6) The day after too many carbs
7) The day after a cheat meal
8 ) After too many rest days
