Nausea was created by gambit
Hi peeps. Need your help. Every time I train legs or bag I get very nauseous. I've tried training different times of the day, eating atleast 2hrs before gym, sometimes not eating or a PB sandwich 45mins before but no matter what I do I always end up wanting to puke my guts out. Does this happen to any of you? It's become a big problem and it's affecting my training badly. I'm not a BB but I do not wanna slack when training any body part. Chewing gum does help a bit but there's times I just have to run to the toilet to puke. Is there anything I can take or chew to overcome nausea?

Lactic acid, it happens when you push to hard. Your body will get used to it eventually but the harder you push the more likely it will happen, fun circle.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

Its legs day, legs day, gotta get down on legs day.

Gambit this happens to me all the time when doing legs. During your rest go to the bathroom and cool down the back of your neck by running cold water over it. It helps big time. It's just your body being over exerted especially with a large muscle group being pounded to the max.
