1st post been doing allot of reading on this site, 1st time considering a cycle looking at this: www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/articles/sample-cycles/22-cycle-3

Have a hectic life, train at night sometime only start at 21:00, train alone in my home gym, train 40min shower sleep get up at 05:30, 6 at the latest.

Current supplements: Animal Stack, biogen nitro gain, nitritech pure whey protein. Forced myself to eet 6 proper meals a day no cheating een stopped drinking.

Gains: 3 kg in 3 months, trained myself to death, takes me a week to recover train to hard sleep to little.

Friend of mine gains 6kg in +- 2 months on super test and Deca, even the I.T guy gained 9.8kg in 3 months on Dianabol only (probably lost it all again but he doesn't even know what PCT is) no special diets just wet like pigs.

So I Got fed up with this do it natural keep motivating yourself the gain will come BS and stopped training for 2 weeks lost 2kg !!!!!!

Stats
1.83m
74kg
30 years old
2 kids
2 jobs
BF not sure +-17%

Short term goal
I'd like to gain 10kg in 6 months (85kg), BF +-13%

Long term goal: weight: 100kg, BF 10 - 12%

Dont really want to inject, not ready for the serious stuff but give open to anything.

Biggest problem, my body want to train but, my mind says fuck-it it's not worth it !!!

What should i do ???

First you need to post diet bud so guys can see if you on the right track. Remember gear is not a miracle muscle builder on its own, without the intake of good quality food you won't build squat. So post diet and let's take it from there.

Any particular reason for the lamb chops as well as the slap chips? There is a heap load of fat in those items.
Also possibly when you have your nitro gain add a meal with it ie chicken breast or fillet with some sweet potato and broccoli. Do you know what your daily required calorie intake should be? Are you weighing all of your food?
Seems like school but for the guys to help you to your best advantage you gonna have to post these things bud. You on the right track but you gonna need to give a little more info.

Slap tjips is one of the worst things you can eat when trying to maintain or build a good physique. Even as a cheat meal I never eat them because they are basically a chauffeur service for fat direct to your belly and love handles. They have a high glycemic index combined with lots of fat - the worst combo of macros to eat together.

Your post workout meal is the most important meal and you'll be wasting your time eating like that post workout. Peanut butter sarnies are also a big no post workout.

Look in in the diet section of the forum and read the dieting stickies. Great info there.

When I have fatty meats like chops or streak I won’t get chips that day thus the (+-3 times a week) I have to be honest it’s more like once a week now BUT then I’ll have my lunch @ 11:00 and buy a 2 sandwich from woollies for lunch those ones in the boxes.

Not sure about daily required calorie intake…

I use too weigh all my food, now I just don’t have the time but, I have a good idea of how big the portions should be. +- 400g meat, 100g green and 100g orange veg per meal, starch I’m not good with…..

I thought the biogen nitro gain is a meal replacement? That is why I use it when I don’t have time to eat.

400g steak is unnecessary for a guy your size in one sitting. Waste of protein. Phil and Jay eat less meat than that per serving. Rather eat 2x 200g portions.

Avoid meal replacement shakes - too much sugars and fillers. Buy a 1Kg of rolled oats, grind it up in the blender and mix 50g of the oats powder with 40g of whey (or more depending on when you take it). Better and healthier than any MRP.

Yeah MRP is just the name used...no supplement should ever replace a meal. Nothing is better than food.
Like MA said 200g is a good portion....and to save bucks the best source of protein for money is chicken breast. If you can afford steak though that's a added bonus.

For now I can afford steak but, I can't add more supplements gets very expensive....

I started of with 200g meat and 100g veg but nothing happend so I upped it to 400g meat and 200g veg still not happy with my gains.

Personally I think I am eating to healthy.

Thanks for the info on MRP I am sommer pissed off now !!! Kinda always new I should eat something rather that just a shake idiot at Dischem told me this covers all

You aren't eating enough portions a day. Aim for 3x 200g chicken/steak/fish meals per day with either brown or basmati rice, sweet potato, or potato as your carb. Then drop the shake from your breakfast and rather have 6 jumbo eggs whites, the yolks are optional but you can use the extra calories so I'd keep them in. For snacks keep biltong, nuts and raisons handy.

OK Guys,

Update Time

I have sorted out my Diet abit, not Doing Slap tjips anymore replace it with sweat potato, rather doing 200g X3 per day than the 1x 400g of meat

Now I feel I am ready to try my 1st Cycle, I have don't allot of research and what I can’t understand is everyone says your 1st cycle should never be an Oral only cycle BUT I am sure everyone know someone that has done a Dbol 1st cycle and has shown good results.

Then also in the Sample Cycle there is this cycle which I am very interested in……. Can I use it as my 1st cycle and if not why ?

Oral Primobolan & Proviron (Beginner lean mass cycle - Oral Only)

After reading Heritage’s 1st cycle I think I’ll rather go for this Cycle Dianabol & Testocyp (Beginner bulking cycle)

Would it be saver / better to swop the Dbol out with something more expensive ?

prices are usually based on popularity and availability not quality of the steroid.

Slap chips = hydrogenated fat = poison in the body = heart attack if u eat long enough glad u cut it out.....beginners bulk is perfect but u should lower your body fat first ...u can change to Tbol as a front load ..
