Hi guys, new to the forum, not a body builder but a cyclist looking for info on loosing weight etc, do you have a thread pointing out scams? I've been scammed earlier this week, not sure if its against the rules to name them here?

Hi mr.E,

Please don't point out the details of the scammer as that will only give them free publicity.

The scammer in question is using copyrighted material from this website, so I will launch my own investigation to find out who the culprit is and have the website shutdown.

I would like all information you have available and you can email it to me using the email address you contacted me on earlier today.

Not that I disagree with the topic. Would love to get hold of a scammer and hurt them in the worst way.

Mr E if you want to lose weight try Fat Furnace 15 although if tot compete you will test positive.

Other than that the diet section has more than enough info for you that you can adapt.

thanks CycloTrpTyr, I have been dieting and doing allot of riding, strangely my weight went up by another 6kg, I am not worried about being tested positive as I am not currently racing, I want to use this year to get the conditioning right,

I must also add I went on this over the counter body for life crap (not going to give names, but would assume everyone knows who I am talking about) did the diet and drank the shakes and phedra, the products just had the opposite effect on me, But I must state that I woke up under anesthesia, so maybe my body just are working the wrong way around, just decided this morning that I am chucking the WHEY as I am just loosing money, being ripped off by scammers did not help as well :(

Supplements are there to SUPPLEMENT, not replace wholesome food.

A Whey shake after cycling will help retain lean mass but in any endurance sport the body will break down muscle.

That is why sprinters are built like brick sh1thouses and marathon runners like they've escaped from the TB ward
