Howzit guys

I need an educated opinion on the following question. The credit amnesty took effect from 1 april 2014.

April and May is the period where they will remove titles against your name of previous discrepancies. They do not write off the debt, just if it is paid off they take you off the system.

Now i have 2 cases against me one is a default that i am paying off and one is a judgement that i was never served for about 2 years back it came into effect it was a commission payback from my broker days that came by surprise and i did not know about it.

I have tried to go through to experian or transunion but last call was like 30 minutes on hold... must be everyone jumping on this!

Now my question is if i clear this debt before end of april and it is paid up. Will this still reflect on my itc or will it also be removed? or am i to late since the amnesty started the 1st of april.. should it have been paid up before this date?

As ek storm volg my, as ek omdraai skiet my, as ek sterwe wreek my, so help my God

I had 2 defaults and a judgment to my name....All I did was square them off and ask them for letters that I have been removed from ITC. This was all done about 3 years ago. 2 weeks after receiving my letters my name was clear. Speak to whoever has the default against you and ask them if you settle will they remove your name.
That's the only answer I have for you bud. I am clear of all KAK now which is a HUGE relief.
