What gauge needle

Hi peeps, sorry if this has been asked before. My glutes have taken a beating with these test shots. Wanting to pin elsewhere now. What gauge needle do u use on delts and quads. Currently using 22 gauge and I think that might be a bit painfull in those areas especially with it being virgin muscle. Thanks in advance.

22-23 gauge is fine for quads, bite the bullet. 1.5" 3/4 of the way in. Delts, honestly small needles and delts take a heck of a long time to inject and your hand starts shaking, just use 23 gauge 1" all the way in.

i kinda forgot (ok was too lazy) to go buy needles yesterday and this morning realised i needed to take my shot last night so i just had to man up and bite the bullet. Used the 22 gauge needle on the quad this morning.. was not as bad as expected but wasnt also a walk in the park..
