Gout..................HELP!

Hey guys

Hope everyone has been doing well? Been a LONG time..........

I think im experiencing my first gout attack in my left big toe. Woke up this morning with a limp. Now I know this is from my current very very bad diet.... I have no excuses. Past few months have been hectic with hand surgery and a failed engagement where I slumped into a very deep and dark depression. Luckily that part is sorted out.


Unfortunately I haven't been following any diet and been eating all the crap u can imagine.

My hand is still not 100% post-op however I will start training again in a week. Struggling with grip but will figure something out.

NOW FO MY MAIN QUESTION>>>
A diet high in meat and fish is bad for gout.....so what now? Obviously it will get better when I start eating healthy again....or not? Does this mean I will get regular gout spells regardless and if so what do I do regarding the high protein??

Get some diclofenac and some colchisine. Any pharmacy will sort you out. Get some ph balance from dischem, will sort ayour acidity levels out.

Chat to the pharmacist at dischem. They have tons of new options that simply didn't exist a few years back.
I have heard gout heards like a bitch, so hope you feel better soon dude.
