Summary for 1st time cyclers

So here's some things I've learn't for those wanting to do their 1st cycle:

If you're under 23, the experienced advisers here are NOT gonna recommend you do it.
If you don't wanna inject, ditto
If you only wanna take dbol, ditto.
If you haven't been gymming seriously for 2-3 yrs, ditto
If you're body fat percentage isn't between 12-14%, ditto.
If you don't have cash, ditto
If you aren't prepared to plan, ditto.
If you think pct is a las, ditto.

There probably a load more guidelines but this is sound advice - use it. Hope I've saved some non-readers a crapload of time

Also: Dont think that your diet and training is going to come right when you are on cycle. You are just lying to yourself.

Or that you will cut post cycle. If you can't or are to lazy to get your BF down before you cycle you won't once you've finished.
