Gas pain in chest was created by Gainz
Hi guys

I know this sounds stupid but this is becoming really unbearable for me.
It feels like I am going to have a heart attack at any time and its very difficult to breathe because all that pressure against my lungs makes it difficult to inhale. Whole day long I just burp and that's the only way that I can relieve myself.
I intially thought it could be indigestion from sweet potatoe, so I stopped eating it.
I'm taking digestive enzymes and probiotics to help but doesn't seem to be reducing the gas.
I'm currently on cycle equi and test cyp, 7 weeks in.

Any thoughts on what I could do to reduce this build up of gas.
Thanks guys.

Could be a hernia. I get something similar sometimes, although not as bad as what you just described.

Best to get it checked out.

As ShaneV says it sounds like a hernia. You probably have a big tear in your diaphragm which is why it is difficult to breathe.
It sounds serious if it is affecting you this badly. Have it checked asap. Unfortunately the news isn't good if it is. Diaphragmatic hernias are almost impossible to repair and most reoccur.
ANY strenuous activity can precipitate it again.
Also, if surgery is required, go to a guy who knows his shit. I.e. a surgeon who specialises in hernia repairs.
DO NOT go to a general surgeon because if they stuff it up, you're boned.

Good judgement comes from experience.
Experience comes from bad judgement.

Sounds like Sliding Hernia

I have exactly the same burping issue - never get heartburn or whatever but burp A LOT

Went to get it inspected with camera then doc gave me altosec and was improved within days, after 6 months course I stopped using and it returned.

Try stay away from operations as far as possible
