AAS and anaesthesia was created by NeedMoreT
I've been doing the beginners bulking cycle. (500 mg cyp a week and 40 mg dianabol per day). Also took 3 doses of Letrozole (3 drops every third day) At the beginning of my 4th week, Saturday morning I woke up with a huge pain in my belly button, fever, nausea. I had a small cyst that became huge overnight. Have to go for an op. Stopped all AAS immediately. How long do I have to wait before the op is done? At the moment I am stalling a bit to get as much as possible out of my system. Tonight I noticed my nipples were a bit puffy and a little itchy. Can I use the Letro? How will this influence PCT?

This has really come at an inconvenient time. Not looking forward to the talk from the anaesthetist telling me how bad AAS are and how I am going to die before 35, etc.

Your help will be appreciated

There is a thread about this somewhere, just use the search function. But it basically comes down to that you will have to tell him for your own safety... unless it has been weeks since your last injection....

You can run your letro rite up to PCT you actually should be it'll make pct more effective.
So jump back on the letro and sort your tities out.

Like thunderbeast said just be honest with the anesthesiologist your health is more important than worrying about a lecture that probable won't come.

Tell the doc and tell him everything. From what I remember (and I can be wrong here) but the stuff the aneasthetist uses puts extra strain on your organs and body and if you have other chemicals in your body it can just make it worse and cause complications. And when this happens and he doesn't know your history he can treat you wrong and stuff can go very bad. And if I remember correctly it has a lot to do with your kidney's too.

So play it safe. They not going to go to the cops or anything.

Plus rather a lecture then death.

Get on an AI for the puffy, itchy nipples. Your PCT also won't be as effective if your estrogen is very high.

Regarding the anaesthesia, the test and dbol is not an issue now. The dbol and test are out of your system by now. Not sure about clomid/nolva but I'm pretty sure I read about some complications with nolvadex. Your doc will know.

Thanks to everyone for the replies. Will surely speak to the Doc. I am sure these days they have to cope with a lot worse than AAS and they should know what to do.
