Howzit, Thought I would introduce my self, I have been reading for a while, never posted before on here.

Name is Zai, Im 33 and I have been on and off lifting for the last 14 or so years. I guess I only took it serious this year however.

I am 1.82 M tall, and weigh in at 105 kgs, i was 98 kgs when I began serious lifting in December last year.
My arms are ( a skinny) 16.1 inches flexed,
My chest at 42 inches
waist at 36 inches, but I have at least 3 inches of belly fat that just wont go.

I lift 4 days for about 45- 60 minutes, and do cardio ( mainly HIT ) for about the same amount of time 2 X per week, with 1 , sometimes 2 rest days between

My diet is mostly clean, low carb, high protein,

I supplement with creatine ( SSN Creatine Monohydrate) 5mg before my morning workout and then 5mg with my 3pm protein shake.

I do a pre -workout protein shake ( or on waking for non training and if I am training in the evening days)one at 10 am and one at 3 pm. Its normally 2 scoops of Muscle Works Whey, but im almost out so I am going to be switching to SSN 100 % Whey.

I also do a post workout shake ( SSN Anabolic Muscle Builder).

I have a few questions.

am I over doing the Creatine?
am I missing anything ?

The post workout does have creatine in it, and some BCAA. DO i need a standalone BCAA if it already is included in my post workout shake?
Also, a pre workout ....I never thought I needed it before....seems I do .I am thinking NO rage...

I am desperate to lose the belly, but I also want to get to 110 kg. any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Zai,

Welcome to the family bro. You will get a lot of top quality advice on here from guys that don't mess around with their health.

My first question is what is your bodyfat percentage dude, because if you have a gut then it means you are carrying excess bodyfat. The guys on here will agree with my suggestion that you get the bodyfat percentage down to at least 13% before you start juicing. With too much bodyfat, it will be very difficult to maintain your muscle after your cycle is over then. The roids will also be less effective.

SSN in a good post workout. At the moment I use NO-Explode as a pre workout and it has worked wonders for me bru. The pumps have been awesome.

If you do not know how to do a proper bodyfat percentage measurement, then I suggest posting a pic. The guys on here will give you a pretty accurate prediction my bru.
And don't worry, nobody will laugh at you on this forum. I looked like shit when I first joined and I only got solid advice. So don't suck in your tummy as tempting as it is. Oh, and wear pants if possible haha. They will pick on you for that as I have figured out.

Lastly, please can you post your stats in centimetres if possible. The inches thing is a bit confusing.

You will get better advice regarding your creatine supplementation quantity my bro.

And once again, welcome to the club bro. You are very welcome.

Regards,

Nate

Today I will do what I never thought possible!

Maybe I missed something here, but I don't think this oak is looking to start a cycle. Could Be wrong. But he wants to loose weight bru, from what I understand

Those machines are not accurate at all. Get someone to measure your body fat with proper callipers.

ThatguyZai... Bru, in my opinion you don't need SSN for your goals, unless you are a pro. Not gonna make any difference hey. Go look at BSSA. Their sups are so affordable and top quality > in my opinion. You can also buy the BCAA's, Glutamine, creatine etc all as separate components. Works very well, cause you can create your own dosages. And it's all pure. You know exactly what is in their product.

And post workouts are all just stimulants bru. It's all about preference and personal choice. You either like them or you don't. Some work for some people and others for other people. Can't say one is good or bad. ;) I personally like 1MR at the moment, but that will change when the next new one is out.

Post your diet bru and let the guys comment.

Okay yeah, your BF % is very important here.

We are all different, but I eat 6 times that amount in a day. I have very different stats and nutritional requirements to you. But just seems like that is a very little food. > must be way blow maintenance. I'm afraid not much substance to that diet, in my opinion bru.

I'd say you should study the diet stickers on here. ;)

Just to correct this in case any of the guys are confused..

1" = 25.4cm
Therefor your arms are 1.62" [and not 16.2"] which correct equates to 41.148cm
And chest is 4" [and not 40"] which correct, equates to 101.6 cm

You'd be the hulk for sure with those measurements bru! ;)
