I would drop the calories even lower on non training days and arm/abs days to around 2300 and keep heavy lifting days' calories where they are now. I wouldn't worry too much about muscle loss.

Well done on the progress so far.

So quick update. I'm down to 102kgs. Bf aslo down. Diet is monitored like a muther fucker and super clean. Down to under 2000 cals 5 days a week and 2500 for 2 days. I am concerned about the creatine ....I take ssn mono creatine and I seem to look more puffy on days that I take it...should I stop?I also take glutamine before and post workout and bcaa intra and post.
I also cut out the protien shakes. I do more meals....just smaller quantities. Last 3 weeks my kids have been on school holidays so I did morning gym sessions of 45 minutes solid lifting and 30 minutes cardio a d felt brilliant during the day. I have to back to pm sessions now and am just a little concerned about having a post workout high carb meal at 10pm. Should I be?

IMO creatine will make no difference with your current goals.
I am a big carb muncher mostly after a workout but I don't think this will assist your weight loss, what will your body do with all those carbs that time of night! If I get a late workout then post workout I will eat two chicken breasts and a one large serving of brocolli. Large being my operative word!

Cals are under 2000 pd. 60/40/20 protien carb and fats . I. Using fitness pal to log. I even cut out the protien shakes in favour of meals and the only thing I'm using besides the fff is some glutamine pre workout and bcaa intra and post.
I'm picking up some size as well and muscle tone and definition. My Dr asked if I'm using steriods when I met with him such is the change in my physique. Chuffed with my progress so far and I've learned tons in the last 6 weeks just reading this forums diet tips and training. Considering I've been in and out of gyms all my life I have realised how little actual knowledge I had.

Im still here BTW....

So, I have taken a week off last week and went on holiday and ate like crap.

but, I am down to less than 98kgs, and my measurements keep dropping.

Arms at 38 cm ( up from 35)
chest at 102 (110)
waist at 96 (101)
belly 101 (110)

I have been off the 3f for 3 weeks or so now, plan to get back on whn the BF is lower than 20% only.

I dont have time for AM cardio anymore, but I do do at least 2 hours of gym time at least 5 days a week, one hour lifting and then cardio after.

I feel 10 times stronger and in better shape than in my 20s even, however at a recent family get together my brother commented on how much smaller my arms are than when I was in my early 20s, gauging by the shape of my tattoo.

So this is my current training regime. Feel free to comment or correct me where I'm doing wrong.

Fff at 5 am. With a large glass of water. Cofee with milk no sugar. 2 more glasses of water then fasted cardio. 25 minutes on the treadmill 5 incline 6 speed or 25 minutes skipping.

I then lift. I do 2 sets of 4 reps. At say 80% of my one rep max. Then 1 drop set. I do one body part a day. Halfway through the weight session I do 2 scoops ssn cytomaize. I do about an hour of lifting. One day rest pw. Diet at 2400 cal with a 40 40 20. Carbs only post workout so breakfast. And then again at lunch. my scale weight hasn't changed much.

Hay buddy

If you are trying to lose some more weight then I would suggest you drop the cytomaize , and you swap your cardio and weights around

Do cardio after weights to ensure you really depleat your glycogen stores

Cut out milk and sugars
