TRT Specialists was created by Tiffer
Hi All,
Can anyone recommend a good endocrinologist/urologist in the jhb area who is up with testosterone replacement therapy protocols? I have been to a few over the past few years but a lot aren't willing to try the newer stuff like HCG monotherapy etc. They are also few and far between with long waiting lists.
Any input would be appreciated.

We don't post names of doctors on our website as no good doctor wants to be publicly associated with a steroid forum. Send Admin an e-mail and ask him politely if he knows some good docs. Similarly, if you are reading this and want to recommend a doctor for Tiffer you can send the name and address to Admin and ask him to forward your e-mail. Admin is a busy man so be patient. Tiffer, you are welcome to open another thread to discuss possible options for HRT and the best way forward. If you use the search function you will find some good info too.

Here is my suggestion to try out:
Obtain Test-E 300mg/cc. Use insulin needle. Draw up 25IU(that is =
0,25cc) and inject that once a week, say every Sunday. This will
deliver just above the average testosterone needed for average 70kg man
in his reproductive years, which physiologically is average 56mg
testosterone per week. Then, obtain Ovidrel and mix as prescribed from
my PCT protocol. Keep the reconstituted solution in cool, dry place.
Again use insulin needle. Use 10IU of this solution (which is
equivalent to the efficacy of 250 IU of the alpha-subunit of the HCG
molecule) and inject this twice weekly, about 72h apart. This will keep
both the Leydig and Sertolli cells up-regulated. You can titrate this
weekly dose anywhere between 500iu to 1000iu equivalent of the
reconstituted Ovidrel solution - thus 20-40IU in total for the week.
If
you increase the dosage, it should then be administered either twice
daily as 10IU per shot, two separate days of the week, or as 10IU every
48h. The decision on what total weekly dosage you use for the Ovidrel,
should be based off what your sperm count and/or testicular size tells
you after about
75 days of treatment.

Good luck.

Nice! If you're wondering how to best do subq test shots for TRT here's a classic video of Dr. Crisler injecting himself with his TRT:
