Just received some of the pics and thought that you guys deserved to see them.

Looking at the pics, I have a lot of work to do till WBFF 2015 and a lot to improve on. Everyday is a step closer.

No Rhino, I feel like I have a lot of work to do before I take to the stage again. So will take a few months and just train harder and maybe then I will be ready. For now I will work towards WBFF next year and use the comps in between as practise. Can already see the loss of bf over the past 3 weeks and should be below 10% by now cause the veins are my hips are popping. Will just keep at it.

I no of 12 women doing the classic including my sister in law which you'd blow away! The only reason the Rossi is so big is because there are so many first timers competing.
I think John would agree that it's small time co paired to WBFF?

Thanks guys,

I have ordered my costume. I will train towards doing the rossi classic but if I dont feel ready then I will give it a skip. Doing this one without any anabolics so any suggestions on supplements besides whey that I should be using?

Basically I am, just switch it up with maybe fish or ostrich instead of chicken etc. Oh and every now and then chocolate seems to fall into my mouth :silly:
