3. insulin resistance alone (high insulin levels in her blood)............for not being able to loose weight.

No please every opinion is helpful
I do know insulin resistance well. Me mom is insulin resistant.
If this continues then we will probably have to see a doctor but I work in long term insurance and once your diagnosed with anything like that then it screws you in the future when you need to get cover for whatever reason. Obviously health does come first.
All I know is 2 weeks without a bowl movement and pain is not normal.

Take 1 teaspoon with a glass of water, stirr and drink before it thickens. Chase down with another glass of water. Ensure adequate hydration throughout the day. Eat more raw vegetables.
