Constipation Problems was created by W1NGS
Hey Guys

This post is regarding my Girl Friend.

She has been training for about 2 years . She has become quite strong in the last 2 years.

Here is our problem.

We started training together at the same time. She eats clean like me with me (eats less) but she just can't lose weight.

She is about 1.68m and weighs around 70kg.

I lost about 12kg fast but she did not lose a thing but she also did not gained anything.

She also just finished her first 5mg Anavar cycle. Lots of strength gains from that

Now she trains hard and eats clean (Thanks to me)

Now I think the problem is the following and it's a big one.

She cant go to the loo (Number 2). she can literally go 2 weeks without going and she does not get any pain or cramps.Obviously itsnot normal, I Would die after 2 days.

Could this be a slow metabolism or thyroid disorder or what do you guys think.

Drinking green tea works but its not a solution.

As you could think this is really demotivating for her so going to the gym becomes a chore for her because she cant see any results.

Thanks in advance.

1- if she's not losing weight she's eating to much.

2- if she's not regular she needs to eat a lot more veg(veg won't make her fat) and even add psyllium husks to her diet. She needs more fiber

3- if she weighs that much she shouldn't be messing around with gear until she has her diet in check! You say she's eating clean thanks to you but if her weight hasn't budged in that amount of time her diet is either shit or she's cheating every time she sees a petrol station.

Go big or go home...

On the constipation side, she needs alot more fibre then. That level of irregularity is not normal.

Her diet isn't the problem I assure you. She does not cheat except on Friday night. I make all the food as well. We have tried adding fiber. Also adding that fiber additive you buy from dischem. Doesn't work

Bud I'm sorry but if she's not loosing weight her diet can't be up to scratch and she's not eating at a deffacite. There's no 2 ways about it!

And try psyllium husks a teaspoon in the morning and one in the evening and I promise within a couple of days she she'll have a routine.

How many calories in her diet and roughly how many grams of fibre does she eat per day? Are you sure she isn't eating when noone is looking? If those two are in order then she should clean her colon.

Just my opinion and please see it as just that...........
1. Try/add digestive enzymes for obvious reasons
2. on the more serious side of things she might have PCOS + insulin resistance
3. insulin resistance alone (high insulin levels in her blood)............for not being able to loose weight.

This is a long shot in the dark as I do not know her medical history.

Regards

No please every opinion is helpful

I do know insulin resistance well. Me mom is insulin resistant.

If this continues then we will probably have to see a doctor but I work in long term insurance and once your diagnosed with anything like that then it screws you in the future when you need to get cover for whatever reason. Obviously health does come first.

All I know is 2 weeks without a bowl movement and pain is not normal.

Your wife needs to see a specialist. That's serious if you go once a week, not even mentioning 2 weeks.

Your insurance at a later level is less important than getting this fixed now, its no where near normal, and can be dangerous

Take 1 teaspoon with a glass of water, stirr and drink before it thickens. Chase down with another glass of water. Ensure adequate hydration throughout the day. Eat more raw vegetables. Raw cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, okra and steamed broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and bean sprouts.

Yip. She only tried once but it did seem to do the trick.

Weird thing is we eat the same amount of fiber each day but I don't have these issues

Thanks guys.

I just want to give an update and I want to thank Rhino.

She went from Going once a week/2 weeks to going 2/3 times a day.

she only used one small bag of the stuff but its effects seem permanent.

Her weight went from 72kg to 62kg. and that's without changing her diet and a few too many cheat meals.

I really think psyllium Husk is an amazing product.

She is Currently "Natural" so we are going to try a low dose of clen and see what happens.

I'm going on my lean bulk so she has no choice but to eat healthy.

She still trains with me everyday so it's interesting to see her progress.

Thanks again

dont only rely on the added fiber to help her go, yes it helps if they diet is lacking in fiber, but also look at maybe adding in something like a product like solals 24 in 1 and supernutrient water mix daily to help. but thumbs up for the psylium husk helping her out :)
