i'm back was created by gambit
Hi peeps, its been a while, pretty much fell off the wagon due to not having transport so that stopped me for getting to gym , but ja it might be a valid excuse but its laziness too. Its been about +-6months since i last went to gym, started yesterday and man am i sore. need to get something to help boost the energy and strength levels, but i'm gonna take it easy. No hard stuff yet. I just want to get rid of my tummy and build some lean muscle. 10-12% bf would be realistic goals, i'm never gonna compete or model so i dont need to be ripped as fcuk ;)
going to get me some fff again but i wanted to ask you guys, whats your take on Icyplex?

Icyplex works but stings like hell. If you going to run clen with FFF, get liquid clen so that you can up your dosages safely based on minimum amounts.

Thanks Oupa. i never ran liquid clen before. pain/sting factor aside, what would be more effective at fat loss around the waist, Icyplex or FFF+clen?
current stats age, 36, weight 85kg's, height 1.76m, waist 100.4cm's. BF i would guess around +/-26%
training will be 5 days a week, min cardio, mostly weight training. eating plan, i still need to tackle that.

ok, so i still wanted to actually get bigger since i posted this thread on monday.. today during my workout i realized, forget that.. stay focussed on whats confortable and i would be very comfortable the way i am now minus the gut.. So i'm just gonna keep it simple, just leaning out..I've picked up 1kg since i started training on monday, not sure if thats a good thing considering my goals now.
