Injecting Masteron with a insulin needle in the shoulder

I know this is retarded but a competing bb showed me he pins masteron with a insulin needle in his shoulder.
Surely this is looking for tissue infection? On a scale of 1 to 10 how dangerous is this?

No problem, but it takes forever to inject through an insulin syringe and it can get blocked depending on the viscosity of the oil. Your body will absorb a bit less of the steroid this way than doing deep glute IM injections. Other than that it's fine.
