Measurements

I am currently driving to benoni for my weight and measurements is there anyone in pta that very reliable when it comes to measurements and weights? Last year i tried to get someone in pta but it was hell and i wasnt very happy. Some of them ask this insane price for some setup first timers fee and another just cant take measurements. Is there anyone someone could maybe suggest

Same thing with me, I don't trust the that does my measurements, shez doesn't even up to date with different sites for bf% percentage. She told me she will do a 6 site and that's when I just made her take everything.

I had an app that calculates your measurements. So I told her what I wanted and just entered the measurements for myself on the app.

if she can take the measurements at the correct sites, you can pretty much control her and tell her what you want. You can request a 9 site Body fat measurement and just calculate whatever values she got and you'll have an idea of what your bf% is.
