So I am officially a personal trainer. I start on the 1st October :)

I am nervous and excited all at the same time. Yes it has been constant fights since I took the job but he had the chance to marry me and I would be the stay at home wife but I'm doing this to secure my boys future. Working 2 jobs is going to be tough but I love helping people achieve their goals.

I had measurements done this morning and my bf is 8.83% and want to get it down to 6% but gain lean muscle. Really going to work to get it down by January.

Oh and I love summer :woohoo:

Female bodyfat at 8.3% :ohmy:

Anything below 15% for an extended period of time is not healthy. I dont want to sound like a dooz but your measurements seems a little odd at 8%.

You are anything but that oupa. I was 10% in June. Will get the measurements and post them ;)

If Oupa says it is wrong then go and do it again until you find out where it went wrong ;)

Cant believe there is such a big difference which brings me to my next question Oupa.......which is the best measurement method to use?

Hey Pix. ye that sounds accurate.

Jackson 7 site or Parillo formula will give you a very accurate reading. Respect for taking it on the chin and not wipping your gat like 99.5% of females will do.
