Hi

Second batch of F3 I am currently taking seems to be a hell of a lot stronger than the first batch I used.

Any take on this is it just the way I m reacting to it now.

1st batch was manageable and had a good drop in Bf % 2% in just under 3 weeks.

Horrible sides from this second batch
Nausea and excessive high temp my blood pressure has also gone up 140/ 69 was always spot on before 120 / 80

Any advice on this or should I discontinue for awhile.

Thanks

F3?

Are you talking about Fat Furnace Fifteen? All batches are produced the same, so there cannot be a difference in side-effects.

Hi

Yes Fat furnace Fifteen

Must be the way I am reacting to it now have decided to lay off for awhile, did not take this morning and do feel better , I am usually training at 4:00 am in the morning and was taking the f3 at about 3 :30 had good energy and sweating was up.

Couple of hours later feeling really bad and nausea was hectic, have looked back at the food diary I keep on fat secret and saw that my calories were way down less than 1800 per day.

Can you take a look at my diet and see where I am going wrong

Post workout is 4 scoops Nutritech pure whey
7:00 am 75 grams oats = 2 boiled eggs
10:00 am 200g chicken breast = 100g yellow rice
13:00 150 grams extra lean beef mince = 50 g sphagetti
15:00 1 med banana
20:00 200g either chicken breast/ sirloin steak/ostrich steak/ pork fillet/mixed veggies and 100g yellow rice
10:00 2 scoops nutritech pure whey in 300ml full cream milk

I lift for about an hour 6 days a week with 15 mins stationary bike cardio every 2nd day.

1,73m
82 kg
Last measurement of Bf was at 12 %
44 years old.

Had some srious health issues a couple of years ago and have hads a spinal fusion.
About a year later I had a ruptured colon and was on a colostomy bag for 4 months

Since starting training 2 years ago my weight has come down from 106 kg to present 82 kg

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I would swop the yellow rice and sphagetti for brown rice or basmati rice , and try a 20min brisk walk on the Treadmill after each workout

If I`m reading it you lift and do cardio first thing without eating prior, Even without FFF, if I were to lift without any food in me, I would feel shit.
I would add in some Oats and Whey (throw the oats in the water and drink it)

There are benefits to fasted cardio but I don't see any benefit in fasted lifting.

Overall Calories seem a little bit low, I would suggest going back to the drawing board and working out your TDEE and also your current Marco split, this will give you a better idea of where you are.

Also try get your carbs in from sources such as, brown rice, sweat potato and oats, they are the best.

ps. well done on the weight loss thus far.
