Low Estrogen

Hi Guys

This is gonna be the weirdest question i have ever asked so please bear with me

My fiance wants to compete next year but according her blood work ( which she lost :whistle: otherwise i would have posted it) her estrogen levels are very low and this is causing some issues with her preparation etc and i have been reading up as much as i can to increase it without hormone therapy but its difficult to as most of the dietary stuff they recommend interferes as she is gluten and lactose intolerant so i am out of ideas .. any suggestion guys ??

@oupa sorry forgot that part shes 22,1.66m, 59kg and 14% bf

14% bodyfat on a female body and any girl will suffer with low estrogen issues. Anything below 15% for extended periods is NOT HEALTHY ! Feed her please !

Was my initial thoughts but its only been last 2 weeks for a shoot she usually walks around at 17% bf and the estrogen test were done at 17% if memory serves me right

Ask for a copy of her bloods from the lab, post them, don't play a guessing game.
