water retention was created by Eros
Does anyone here know of a possible longer term solution for keeping subcateneous water retention down......FFF used to work great for me in that regard,it kept me dry,and i suspect it was due to the dandelion root but i think my body has grown accustomed to it....i keep salt low, drink 5-6l water a day and tried ai and dont use aromatizable gear....any suggestions?

1) What carbs, and when.
2) Digestive system, are you regular
3) What does your blood pressure look like.
4) What red flags go up when you urinate on a dip stick? Any blood or protein in the reading?
5) What gear are you on.
6) Are you taking any SERMs
7) Are you bloated at all

Carbs....oats always around workouts
digestive system....not as regular as would like
blood pressure 130/80
Gear...tren hex,mast,winstrol,test prop,clen,yohimbine
Taking 1mg arimidex eod
not bloated just not as dry as i was when i took fff initially....as in proper water partitioning into muscle cells as opposed to under the skin

The bloodpressure readings from all those compound seems bullshit to me. Must be fake. Didnt you mention you use 1mg cabaser once a week ?

Ya.. blood pressure I doubt is anywhere near that.. when you run high you put strain on your kidneys.. when this happens you hold water.. not being regular is a problem too, it shows there is a problem.. looks like there is quite a few things that can be the culprit.. also I meant a proper meal breakdown.. that's also allot of an AI, why so high? Who advised that ?

Also give me a listing of your sugar reading .. first when you wake up, before a meal 30 minutes after a meal and an hour after a meal.. If you can list that for 3 days in a row.. try stick to the same time and meals.. also let me know what the meal will consist of.. stability of sugars is vital with regards to water
