Howsit guys , I was told to make a thread and just post everything I possibly can . So here goes :

Stats

Height:183cm

BF : unknown ?

Now I need to try bulk up (have to take in more calories then I burn) , but I cant follow I strict daily diet plan because I don't buy all the groceries each month.

But I can have eggs or oats for breakfast.

And I can make myself an egg flip , don't know if anyone's heard of it but its basically 2 raw eggs in milk with vanilla essence :)

There's normally some left overs from the previous nights supper that I can gobble up:)

For lunch I normally have peanut butter sandwiches .

There's normally a lot of cheese and fruit so I can make use of that :)

For supper I just eat what my parents make , which is normally chicken/pasta/curry/stew/spaghetti ... Its up to them really ....

So ya that's about it , any suggestions besides taking advantage of the situation and eating as much as I can while I'm still here :)

Thanks in advance !

Your going to struggle bulking with that setup. Don't your parents buy much food? Can't you ask them to buy you certain items like a whole chicken, big bag of white rice, canned tuna in olive oil, potatoes, etc? You also may need to invest in a decent gainer supplement.

Sorry man I wasn't very discriptive. Ill just try list a few dinners iv have this week:
•whole chicken + potatoes + vegs
•fish + potatoes
•meat+veg stew and rice
•spaghetti + mince
•curry + rice
•pasta

Thats the norm

Yes there's olive oil , I read you should have a teaspoon of it :/

Then iv got some creatine lying around , I agree with you about the mass gainer , thanks :)

For a bulk that's the type of thing you have per day not per week.

You don't need to worry about getting olive oil per say my point was tuna with olive oil in a can is calorie dense and cheap.

Are you tracking calories?

At your weight you don't need to be pedantic with the diet to see gains... All you need is a surplus, initially at least.

So step 1: Go through the diet stickies and calculate your BMR and come up with a surplus, post it for us to see.

step 2: Learn to count your calories!

Now you probably have a smart phone which makes it easy to download an app to do this with... Look at fat secret or my fitness pal.

Once you've got the basics of that down, we can look at macro breakdowns and take the next step...

It's not an overnight thing to pack on some size, so remember it's a process. And we will guide and help where possible. Be patient and keep updating

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.
