Milk thistle now scheduled

Hey guys,

Went to my local pharmacy looking for milk thistle. They informed me they have taken it of the shelf because it will now be a scheduled drug. :blink:

I also just stocked up on milk thistle from dischem. They said it might be scheduled next year but that they aren't sure. Omega 3 might be scheduled too?? WTF??

Most of these things you'll still be able to get at chemists, It's health shops they are clamping down on.
Personely I haven't had any issues getting B12 or Co from any of the pharmacys in my area.

As I understand, you can't even get panado in the states... But claim some form of fake illness and wam bam thank you ma'am, have some medical marijuana... Seems very hypocritical to me.

And in the name of hypocrisy, South Africa seems to be following suite. Pisses me off that they actually waste time and resources scheduling something like milk thistle when we can go and get codine over the counter without an issue?

Thank you for the update, I bloody well think that is misguided, on what planet does it make sense to schedule. They should schedule booze or something else not a damn supplement.
