Long time since I have been on the forum. So my great progress was halted in June due to my heart being affected by some virus. My resting heart rate was 145 and when I walked 20 meters it would go up to 180. This meant I was not able to do any exercise for 4 months. I started again 2 months ago taking it very slow on doctors orders. My heart rate is still high although it is getting better. I am not as tired anymore but I picked up 10kg in this time. So I need to loose some weight but can't really do cardio and is still taking weights very easy.
I also suffer from wrists that's hurting a lot. I have this weird condition where I cant bend my wrists inward only outwards. This means when ever I lift something like a bar it would press against the bone. I use wrists straps that helped before but now its not effective anymore. I think the muscles got to weak during my illness. I am 37 so not 21 anymore.
Any advice on the wrists and what I can do regarding loosing 10kg of fat. Remember I can't do more than a fast pace walk, that already push my heart rate to 150.
I have changed my diet and cut out all sugars so that's a start. I am stationary most of the time. I sit in front of a desk for 10 hours a day.
My current weight is 98Kg I am 185cm tall and bf is 19%.
