anyone hear of Greg plitts death on Saturday..
sad news, he was only 37, bumped by a train while doing a shoot for a protein shake..

they ruled out suicide.. but how does taking a shoot for a protein shake get you in a situation where you get hit by a train!!
apparently investigations are under way.
he was an inspiration to me..

Yeah no idea how this actually happened giving that there where two other people on the shoot.

Either way. He was a legend. Still use alot of his workouts.
