Which formula did he use? I see 10 measurements and the most I know is the 9 Point Parillo.

Not sure the lady inputs measurements into a pc program then it is calculated. I'll try convert it over to the 9 point system. I'm not really bothered about the 20% as long as I can get the measurements down. Under 20 and then under 15. Progress is all that matter?

I input this into the 9 point system and got 35.8. So I'll take that as my body fat. When I go to her again in 4weeks will find out what system she uses. But will just repopulate into 9 point with body tracker on my iPhone

your BF% was high because the weight is in pounds.

Multiply your weight in kg by 2.24 to get pounds or there must be a metric option.

The label and ingredients looks good. If it's a high quality lab that doesn't use fillers it's a okay.

Cardio is 20min of before weights(never did cardio before). That 2h was leg training which is normally the longest. Shoulders today. Weights are medium weight for 20 to 30 reps 3-4 sets per exercise. Do 2 to 3 exercises per muscle for legs 3-5 exercises for back and chest. Shoulders 2 per front side rear delt. Normally go till body has nothing left. Keeping rest short now and reps high.

Will be adding in another 20min of cardio after weights from next week

What else can I use to preserve muscle or is bcaas fine. Take it after gym for now

Keep the time in the gym to an hour, hour and 15 mins tops on leg day. Leave the cardio for at least the first three weeks. Tip: Creatine is excellent to help with sparing muscle.

What creatine do you recommend?? Will a test booster help. Test boosters aid in fat loss don't they?

Creatine Monohydrate. I use micronised Creatine as it's easy to add to drinks. Don't waste your money on test boosters.

Ok awesome. Thought they don't help much. Will start with creatine tonight. I take it that it's still too soon to start any fat burners.

You are right, leave the fatburners for later as a secret weapon. If you only start the Creatine tonight then you should do a loading phase.
