Hi Guys,
Just making this thread to rant and find out if any of you have been hit by this horrible bug going around.
Starting my diet this year on the 7th, it took me a week to be able to eat 3400 calories, 200 shy of my target, and this was swallowing with water. Last week Wednesday evening I started feeling sick and Thursday evening I was in hospital with a drip because I couldn't keep anything down, so I couldn't break my fever which was high as fuck. I looked like I was showering.
Back to today, I still don't have my energy back and am struggling to get 2000 calories in my body per day. I haven't gotten back to training because I am too tired. Going to try to get something done tonight.
It is honestly just demotivating as fuck. This after having food poisoning the last week of 2014. Diet has always been my weak point and I finally decided to get it right. Now this shit (literally), twice. Fok man!
Lost between 3-4 kgs from 78/79 to 74/75. Hopefully I will be back to normal next week. Train and diet harder than ever!
