As far as loose skin is coserned unfortunately surgery is the only option. (Go and look at some of DJ's threads) he had the same issue.

Hi guys

Have just found measurements and calculation done by biokineticist in November last year-she had my BF at 9%-I don't think she knows what she is doing-Rhino estimated plus minus 20% percent at the beginning of this thread-my scale now has me @17.6 % are these scales accurate.

Anyone know of someone on West rand who can do a set of meausurements for me-that will be accurate.

Had itchy nipples a couple of days back-but gone now-do I need Adex or Letro

FFF is settling down now just a bit of a headache for a couple of hours

I am on TRT depo-test 200mg per week and am currently running some Var at 60mg a day

If I am on Trt do I need to do a PCT as the var will stop in about 3 weeks but the test will go on.

Some advice here please guys.
