Good tanning place in PTA east

Hey.

Don't know if this falls under bodybuilding but hey.

I really need to get a tan as I'm white as can be (except for my arms) and I want some more definition showing

Can anyone recommend a good place in PTA East. I see prices being drastically different from place to place. Some also only let you tan for 5,10 or 15 minutes per session.

Also advise/tips on if stuff like tanning lotions are even necessary.

Whats the Forums view om melantonin II. I'm not going to use it. Just want to find out. I do know a few okes using it but it feels dodgy.
