If you suffer from hypertension, hypotension, fast / slow or irregular heart beat then I wouldn't use it..

This thread makes me very uncomfortable bro. Clen is so hard on the heart that it can make a huge mess of a condition the woman could not have known about and I am sure you don't want that on your conscience. Consider FFF, it has a much milder combo of Synephrine + Yohimbine which is much safer. Even with this I would be 100% sure there are no possible underlying heart conditions before recommending it.

Shot gents, she has used 8 weeks anavar and fff for three months, lost 21kg and looks great. She is 57

57 is not old but her hormone and receptor recovery takes much longer. How long ago was her cycle ?

Under my administration she was on anavar six months back, put her straight on fff for three months, got her back on anavar. Btw she was in a wheel chair when I started, now she moves and lives. Thank Fuck for ox and fff

I would seriously consider putting her on GH for about 6 months. Does she have some cash?, let her do some bloods then we can sort this woman out for good. We can tighten her up and put 30 year olds to shame

She's my mom, considering all back ops offered anabolics and lots of research made a huge difference. I will post before and after pics

Good day Fillet/Oupa,
I have read through this entire post and find it amazing that Fillet's Mom lost 21kg without exercise on Anavar and FFF.
My wife, now 47, has excess weight she struggles to get rid of. Slender Wonder.....name it she tried it. She goes to gym with me at 5 in the morning and does 30 min treadmill without real results.
She eats clean and drink tons of water.....Do you think that she can also get "real" results with Var and FFF, and if so what would you suggest the duration and dosages be?
Your input will be highly appreciated

Hey bud. Her disks were dehydrated and fucked hence using var to strengthen her muscles before attempting weight loss. Worked her out with controlled exercises very light and bicycle. I am still working with her. Had her on 8 weeks lp var, three months fat furnace, almost done with another 8 weeks var then will hit another three months fat furnace. I must still post the pics, you will be shocked, just been busy

If there is no progress, there is a problem - don't just throw gear at it, not yet!

Some people eat clean but make fatal mistakes, like lots of fruit & fruit juice cos its healthy right?!?

Also, thyroid, pre-diabetic, any other guesses.

First get blood work done to eliminate potential issues.
Also, post up her diet - I'm sure the people here will help ID any issues.

Also, cardio is fine, but you need muscles. Adding some resistance training with balanced cardio might help turn the corner.

She gave me 18 years, it's the least I can do brother. Will post pics, you need to see this, from wheel chair to crutches to walking on her own

Just goes to show you don't always have to operate. In the UK they said operate, I booked her to see a neurosurgeon for a second opinion in Africa and he said that op will destroy her. One vertebra at a time. Strength and weight loss has given her quality of life. I am chuffed.
