A few months ago we had all bloods done because we suspected thyroid problems, but tests came back 100% healthy. As far as diet is concerned she tries to stick with the following, but due to her job (motor finance) some days she doesn't eat at all.
04h45 - cup coffee with sweetener.
05h00 - Gym (cardio) with lots of water.
06h10 - Futurelife (80g) with 2% low fat milk
12h00/13h00 - Steamed chicken breast with broccoli and basmati rice
18h00 - same as lunch or 300g steak with either potato wedges or sweet potato or broccoli or green beans.
Evening - Tab or water.
during day - 2- 3 litres water.
