Well I think it was a bit disappointing..! While I like Dexter I think Justin Compton took it. IMO he's the next big thing in Body Building(what a physique :woohoo:
I don't think Branch deserved 2nd and what happened to Bpak, Centerpone and to a lesser degree Mc Millan? They didn't bring the condition and when you consider that Centerponi and Bpak took an extra long off season missing the Olimpia to prep...

Well that my rant over  what's your thoughts?

Go big or go home...

Go check out Hany Rambod's new series called Raising Compton. It's about how he coaches Justin.

He is definately the next big thang! Hany wouldn't put in all this time if he didn't think so too.

I think Branch deserved the win.......in terms of total package he had everything B) Same said to Dexter and I think he won cause no one could match those traps of his.

Dexter is a legend though, well done.

While I think Branch was good with amazing quads and deserved top 3. his midsection and lower back looked flat and had next to no detail.

I am proudly SA but Maruis Dohne didn't look his best, legs was not great. But still huge respect for him and he still competed with most of the best there is overall number 11.

I think the judges were pretty fair. Dexter's aethetics are tops. Compton will be a force to be reckoned with very soon. I was hoping Bpak would do better but the competition was tough.

As for the powerlifters, a 260Kg world open record squat from 21 year old Josh Hancott that weighs under 74Kg! Unbelievable! 300Kg squat from Layne Norton also very impressive for a drug free 93Kg oke.
