Yes bud I do the PCT I always suggest along with the extra clomid. I got a few boxes of clomid tabs so it's easier to split into 25mg doses. I always use HCG on cycle at 250iu/week starting around week 4. Nothing really complicated.

When you say extra Clomid do you run it at 100mg for 2 weeks before switching to Nolva? Or do you run it at 75mg for 3 weeks?

I tried 75mg/day for 2 weeks before nolva since 100mg often makes me feel kak and on 50mg I'm fine. My plan was to run 25mg/day for quite a while after but I had an 'unscheduled' test of some new abombs not long after PCT (yes a bit irresponsible) so I did some HCG along with the abombs and around 2 weeks into the abombs I got her pregnant.

Marriage has its ups and downs. With my wife being an attorney she works fucking long hours so ontop of running a business I often feel like a single father to 2 with having to pick up my son bath and feed him.
But having said that a life without children isn't a life worth living in my opinion and the day you bring another life into the world you gladly put yourself on the back burner.
Plus with the price of school fees and stuf I'm glad I've got a partner to help.

Fillet if this helps in any way, I have always seen you as someone with a high level of emotional intelligence. I see this again when you are quick to admit that is possible the fault lies with you. This is rare my man people and their defence mechanisms never give a good result. Unfortunately I can't give marriage advice but I wreckon the older gents have got you covered. Sometimes we get really caught up in the situation and forget to take a step back and see the bigger picture and ask ourselves if we are winning the battle but losing the war.

Fillet bro you have admittedly have a hot head and steroids do not help that. They amplify it. So unfortunately if you can't learn to stay calm when you're upset, your wife will be right when says steroids are messing up your marriage. I've been there bud. I remove myself from the situation now if things heat up otherwise I'll be paying for new doors and furniture again or possibly have a wife threatening divorce. Violent temper tantrums can never be justified.

Just like you hire an electrician when you have an electrical problem, you go see a counselor when you having marriage troubles. When you lose respect for each other and say hurtful things to one another, you have crossed a very difficult line to return from. Marriage is not 50 50.. it's 100 100.. so if you are having it hard then your wife should help and visa versa.. don't say I will do x if you do y.. show her love and respect, put your pride aside and watch how things change.. you never going to get a perfect relationship.. and if you think you in a pickle now, imagine how difficult it will be with a new partner and the trouble you already in.. show her you the man of the house, not by dominance, but humble yourself and show her the kind of love, care and compassion you once used to show.. 4 out of 5 marriages in South Africa fail.. that is pure fact.. don't be one of them, take marriage as being special and sacred, because that is what it is
