Just sat through this show, bit concerned that some of these guys are taking the stage. There was two guys that looked as if they have never stepped in a gym.

Other than that an awesome show!
Got to see Marius in the flesh
Big Boitjie that...

Thought I'd share it with you gents.

Of the guys that shouldn't have taken the stage? No i was a bit shell shocked.

I'll steal some of the event winners pictures?
Don't know if I can get in trouble for posting that without consent, so please advise?

The worst part is that one of these guys actually received a 3rd place trophy as that category only had 3 competitors.

Horrible for the image of our sport when he gets a big head and brags at the gym when he clearly knows nothing.

Think officials should measure body fat before allowing guys to get on stage. This dude must have been 15-20 %

IFBB SA are there own worst enemies and most athletes these days choose other federations unless they have a real chance of turning Pro.
I see they have even bought out a rule now that any Ifbb athlete that competes in a big show like Rossi won't be able to compete in IFBB again  which is insane considering Ifbb will often have to join classes to fill a stage and at provincial level battle to get 150 athletes were as shows like Rossi have over 300 competitors and thousands of spectators in comparison to most poorly run IFBB shows.

Go big or go home...

Check IFBB Facebook page but think they will only announce top 6.

Not sure how your mate placed seventh as they take top ten and eliminate four athletes in no particular order.

I'm going to do the Rossi in September. Im only going to do it once for the hell of it. Next year I need to make a baby and focus more on my business so after the Rossi I plan on taking a good while off gear.

The loss of gains won't feel that bad when you looking at the Rossi trophy in your lounge Rhino.

Today I will do what I never thought possible!

Ye loosing hard earned gains is the pits but unfortunately its how the game goes, metally and physically your body needs off time.

Otherwise it can become and endless game of chacing the Dragon that has costs higher than I'm willing to pay.

Go big or go home...

To be honest bud I'm not really sure how many cycles I've done. I did a couple when I was young never new about PCT but would have a long time off between, a year or more.
And then I started juicing again about 5 years ago and have always had at the very least 3 months off between cycles. This is the first time I'm looking at staying on for so long with wanting to compete.
