Then there is lots of room for improvement before considering anabolic steroidsThat's a very good thing cause that means more options. Basic rule: always take the less drastic routes first.
Fix diet, optimize training. Then consider fat-loss agents and if you later want to add some muscle mass and move to steroids use, completely your choice.
