Hi There all,

Brand new and Steroid virgin seeking advice:

I'm 36(f),
I gym regularly (ave of 12 hours a week - combat sport),
I'm 155cm and i weigh in at 65 - i need to drop 8kg to get back into my weight class,
I have NO medical conditions and no family history,
(I've had kids and I will not be having more (tube ties)

I eat really well but I have been battling to keep definition and to lose the "baby tube" around my middle. As a female i also battle with keeping my ass tight and my legs strong.

I'm not into getting ripped and cut like a pro but i really am tired of working really hard and eating even smarter and just not seeing the "picture" i want.

as a last resort i am now considering all my options to lose the last little bit weight and to just get the edge on definition.

if anyone could help me out with a few pointers or even maybe a consultation i would be very grateful

Hi aeriss,

firstly welcome to the forum,
can you maybe provide us with a example of your diet?
i know you say its good but maybe in some of the experts on the forums eyes there place for adjustment.
For how long have you been training?

have you ever consulted with a good trainer to help with all your training and dieting?.
as far for the slow results, remember "Rome wasn't built in a day" ;)

Hi and welcome... I recommend you post your diet and then do some research on Liquid Pharma's Female Stack on the forum...

Hiya.

Ive always been very active but have been commited the last 5 months.
I work out as follows:
5-6am mon, wed, fri (cardio no weights)
5pm to 8:30 pm mon & wed (sport combat mma)
6-7:30 pm tue & thu (jujitsu & boxing)

I rest on weekends but run 5kms

Diet normally:

Scrambled eggs or boiled eggs (2)
Apple or pear
Chicken/ steak (canteen prep) with veg
(I eat no pasta or rice or potato)
Naartjie or banana
(Gym)
Salad with avo or a bowl of mixed veg

My trainer is very much for the "natural" approach and although hes an expert in martial arts hes not a body builder.

I know rome wasnt built in a day but ive been stuck here and not moving "quickly" enough for a little over 3 months.

Thats 12 weeks of busting my ass with slooow results and now im not moving at all.

So here i am ... Needing advice

Aeriss, what's your experience with chemicals, pharmaceutical grade fat burners for example? No need to consider gear if you haven't tried less drastic measures. Plus, if you need to drop weight to make a weight class, just gear is not the ideal solution.

i added your "diet" and gave some benefit of the doubt to portions and its still not a lot of calories i estimate or should i say calorie counter app that is around 675 calories.

and according to the (Harris-Benedict Formula) your bmr is 1398.8kcal
so there's room for improvement ( and i don't mean this in a bad way so please don't be offended)
so go read some of the diet sticky's.
i think you would benefit greatly from that!
ps. i think oupa is the guy to speak to when it comes to chemicals.

Then there is lots of room for improvement before considering anabolic steroids :) That's a very good thing cause that means more options. Basic rule: always take the less drastic routes first.

Fix diet, optimize training. Then consider fat-loss agents and if you later want to add some muscle mass and move to steroids use, completely your choice. :)
