Comments welcome i am running this thread as a log to see muscle loss over six weeks have surgery coming up and will be unable to train for six weeks will continue with my trt so will be interesting to see how much of the gains are lost diet will be kept clean for the duration of recovery period at maintenance calories wish me luck guys i have worked hard to get to this point
