That is what ive bought . Ive asked a few people a few of them recommended this .
The way i understand Tamox is daily and im unsure a bout the sustaplex.

You see i want to build , im 6'4 (1.99m) tall and i weigh 98 kg . So im very skinny.

So my goal is to build and pick up weight.

Hallo bud, obviously your cycle is not planned out!
is your diet sorted? your diet is by far the most important thing, if you are skinny you will have to eat like a monster to achieve your goals. PCT? AL?...

I would have rather looked at the beginner bulking cycle on this site!

sustaplex 325 is a blend of test, Acetate 30mg, Propionate 50mg, Phenylpropionate 50mg, Cypionate 90mg, Decanoate 105mg. you need test for 10 - 12 weeks, i would pin 1ml twice per week, get some diana's for frontload (first 4 weeks), get some winnie for bridge, clomid and nolva for pct.

i think you need to do a shit load of reading before you start

Thank you Francois . I have a diet planned . My cycles and all that is not planned . I only found this site after i had bought the stuff . If you could help me with the structure of a cycle ,please do help me . If i should rather eait with what ive bought i can do that as well and then get what i need according to the cycle on this site.

If you have any tips please give them to me .

How many vials have you got of the test blend ?

Dont use the Tamox20 in cycle.

When does Tamox get used?

Tamox is Nolvadex and are used during your PCT or... if you have serious shit with gyno you combine nolvadex with letro or adex.

How old are you? and how long have you been training?

Ya 21 is to young but anyway

To buy list before you start anything.

1. 21G needles to withdraw the test from the vial
2. 23G 1.5" to inject yourself in your glutes and 23g 1" for quads or delts
3. 3ml Syringes
4. Letrozol, Arimidex or Aromasin
5. Clomid (PCT)
6. HCG 5000iu x 2 vials (to be used in cycle)
7. You can add a kickstart like dbol and a winstrol for your bridge period
8. Alcohol swabs

And them obviously all your support supplements.

You need to learn a lot so start asking questions or do some serious reading.

No one will think your a plank, so ask and learn.

Not sure i understand your first question but your cycle is the steroids you will use

Test
dbol
winstrol

THe pct is your recovery after the steroid usage

Nolvadex
Clomid
HCG ( is used in cycle from week 4 onwards )

Best is to rotate your injection sites to minimize the risk of developing scar tissue. On a basic test cycle you can use your glutes, left side on tuesdays and right side on thursdays. Optimum pinning schedule would be monday, wed, friday

So aside of these "meds" what supplements on the side would be best to use ? Ive been using simple things such as creatine and massbuild .?

Is there anything else like that i could use with this?
