Icyplex,can someone please advice me.

I am a 20 year old female, I am about 1.58 and I weigh 55kg.I am on a stable deit and gym plan.

I have always struggled with my weight and have some stubborn fat I want to get rid of.
I have done some research, I don't have any cycle history, but my gym buddy has some history with icyplex.

I will be starting a new gym plan next week and would want to see some better results.I know that the easy way is not always the best but I really want better results and I'm willing to do what ever it takes.

I am stil a bit sceptic and would like some advice.
