Cheat meal on cutting cycle was created by Travelller101
Hi what is your guys view on a cheat meal once a week i do after training on a Saturday

I dont do competition jusr really want to get ripped i eat extremely clean rest of the week

My question can you go full out for that meal or do you still have to watch yourself ?

I bulk easy and my lenght is 1,72 m

Strategic cheats or it'll get in the way of progress.

Please define "eat clean" for me. That doesn't describe anything. If you're on LCHF or keto, a carb meal can help once in a while.

Yes on low carbs high protein with good fats included

Now and again for 2-3 days give body a shock only on high protein and good fats and no carbs

Hope this says more

Depending on the diet as Furk mentioned normally a nice high carb and low protein and fat meal does the trick.. The idea is to replenish glycogen levels and you need carbs for that. Bodyfat also plays a roll of the quantity of food you can cheat with.

Okay thats what I thought and makes sense

So coconut oil also fine to make your food in sorry bit of topic if your carbs are very low?

Coconut Oil is good.
Just be aware is is all Saturated Fat and quite calorie dense. No point having more than 30% fat in your diet. I would wager when on AAS you can get away eith even less fat.
