Drop your mcgs of Clen.
Also play with splitting your dose and see if that helps.
Some also recommend taking Clen before bed - personally i have taken Clen and slept and i have also taken Clen and could not sleep.

Do you get any migranes/headaches?

Bud if you are losing too much weight then you aren't eating enough. 700mg/week EQ can cause fatigue due to it's effect on your RBC and haematocrit, but it could be a lot of things. Are you sleeping enough? Are you recovering enough between workouts?

It's most likely the Clenbuterol. Why did you add it bud?

I am also 8 weeks into a cycle 500mg sustanon per week. The fatigue is really, really bad, I get 8 hours of full sleep and eat like crazy, drink 3L of water a day and take a rest day every two days of training. I can fall asleep at a traffic light that's how much i am struggling.

I have done some research on the net and have come up with the following theories, if anyone has experienced this and has tried any of the below, please let me know:

- Once your HPTA shuts down, it not only stops testosterone production but also DHEA (Dehydroepiandrosterone) which my be linked to massive fatigue. Symptoms of DHEA problems may include, high fatigue, low to no sex drive, loss of muscle mass even while juicing among others. I cannot get my hands on this as it is an S5 presciption drug. Has anyone tried to supplement with DHEA before and managed to resolve the fatigue problem?

- High estrogen. I have read that high estrogen is also linked to fatigue. It is possible that there may be a high conversion of estrogen?

Your help is much appreciated!

There is many things linked to fatigue, but if you are on cycle the first thing I would look at is controlling estrogen levels with some liquid adex.

100% Oupa when on cycle this is a common link to uncontrolled estrogen levels, especially for those above 20% body fat. Madeleven how often do you inject the Sus?

I pin once a week 2ml (Sustanon 250)

I have started taking proviron 25mg tabs (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening) with Nolva (20mg tab Every day). So far not much has changed and i am still lethargic.

My next step: I am going to drop the sust to 250mg per week for the last week. I am almost done with my cycle so i do hope i can get to the root of this before pct.

Another note: I have heard that magnesium can help greatly with lethargy while body building, does anyone have any experience with a magnesium product like slowmag or any alternatives? Although if the lethargy is caused by a hormone imbalance or issue then i doubt it may help, but worth a try.

Worth a mention that this has happened on previous cycles even while using test cyp (400mg per week => 200mg twice a week) as well, so i doubt its specific to sustanon. The lethargy starts from week 8 more or less.

You are not approaching the problem from the right angle. If you drop the Sus you will be even more tired. The problem is not the dosage the problem is the frequency with which you pin. Because Sustanon has two short esters it has to be pinned at least 3 times per week. Otherwise your test levels fluctuate way too much, which causes higher estrogen and estradiol, and this causes all the side effects you are talking about. Also when your test dips is when lethargy will set in.

I was running T3 for awhile along with Test and equipoise-have finished the equipoise and back at TRT dose of 250mg test per week-as soon as I dropped the T3 my energy levels came back and the fatigue disappeared-have normal energy levels again on only 5 hours sleep a night and am crusing through my workouts although strength has dropped of a bit.

I supplement with Slowmag ,multivitamnin extra vit c and vit d.

Hope this helps.

Pyroclasm, would that mean that sustanon would aromatize at a much higher rate than test cyp?

Not if you pin it frequently enough. The thing with aromatisation is that the higher levels of test in your system at a particular point, the more aromatisation takes place. So instead of keeping a constant 160km/h by pinning frequently enough, you are going up to 220km/h and then leaving the throttle until you hit 100km/h, then racing back up to 220km/h again.

You can get away with pinning Sust twice a week but oed is optimal. But one 2ml injection once a week not a good idea.

It is on you. It always has been...
