Hi guys
It's been a loooong while since I visited and posted in this forum, close to two years I think.
I've been training regularly for the past few years, although life came about and demanded priority in other areas.
That resulted in not paying much attention to what I ate, something that I regret.
I was being assisted by DJ, who got me in the best shape in my life (85kg at 13%bf). Now, I'm sitting at 90kg with a possible 18% body fat. My plan going forward is to get my bf down to 14% as quickly as possible, as I would like to start a cycle in December (but more on that later).
For now, I'm on an old DJ diet. Training weights 4x a week, with 4 post weights cardio.
From next week I am going to do 3 fasted cardio sessions per week.
I am currently cycling clen (2 weeks on/off), took my first 10mg dose of yohimbine today.

I'm using this log as a motivation source to keep keeping on.
If there's any tips/suggestions, please free to point it out.
