Pimples everywhere

Hi all,

I went on a beginner cycle a while ago and finished the PCT about 3 weeks ago. I notice I am breaking out quite badly, pimples everywhere any suggestions how I can stop or control them?

It's usually because your estrogen is to high..let your body get back into the wing of things use a good face wash nd anti bacterial cream

Hormone imbalance busy sorting itself out.

Hey gatecrasherza, Oupa and Lex answered why it's happening, but in the mean time try the following "old school" / mom-science techniques:

1) Drink loads of water, cut back on dairy.
2) Replace pillow cover every night, or put a new towel on or something.
3) Vegetables.
4) Avoid using hair products (gel/wax).
