To answer your question, if you do the beginners cycle your pct will start from 30 days after your last test cyp injection.

But I would add in winstrol in the bridge period awaiting your pct to start.

So a beginners sample the cycle will look something like this

Week 1 - 4
Dbols @ 40mg ED

Week 1 - 12
Test cyp @ 500mg per week

Week 10 to 16
Winstrol @ 40mg ED

HCG @ 500iu per week
PCT starts 2 days after your last winstol tablet.
