I'm not sure where to place this, so I'll put it here in the General section.

Being a TRT patient myself, I found this article very interesting. Hopefully it can help someone else too.

This is not steroid related, but just health related in general.

Adam Bornstein, I've got "Man 2.0 Engineering the Alpha", it's on my To Read list :D (Along with "deep Water Method" and "Dolce Diet" haha next holiday will rock)

I'll give it a read. #thumbsup

Colt, do you follow DailyBurn closely? I use to follow them on Twitter but I don't get around to reading as much news and articles as I'd like to nowdays.

No, first time I read about them, don't know them (blush) - caught them doing some research.

I think this article is aimed at a more mainstream crowd. Largely common held knowledge around the lifters. Actually, some points the author mentions casually I don't even believe to be 100% true. Either way, the main idea that as a man you need to get a holistic approach to health and lifestyle is completely true and relevant.

I agree. Being on TRT I just thought it might help someone else in the same situation as me.

I am still researching, and still learning.
