But I can't lift to something like Asking Alexandria, can't focus on form etc, it's like I need to concentrate on what's happening in the music because a lot of thee metal bands make really technical music. Mastodon is a brilliant example, very technical, well written heavy music, but will throw me off on a heavy squat. I guess for you it's probably the opposite.
