Knee Injury was created by Perpetuous Dreamer
Hey guys

I recently had a slight patella tendon tear in my knee

As a result I cant really train quads hard
I have just been resting it and going very easy

Any experience or ideas what I should do to speed recovery?
SHould I stop training legs altogether? :(

Recover first or you are going to have issues with that knee for years to come.

Thanks Oupa

Any specific ointments or protocols to help the recovery process?

Can I train calves at least?

If you feel a slight irritability from the tendon doing anything, don't do it. If you feel pain, its to late.

You can speed up the recovery with GH, IGF, Ipam+CJC combo and some anavar.

Didn't know all of them, thought only GH and heard Decca also. Noted. *touch wood*

Oupa my computer is showing your karma is 1000000. Not questioning your contribution on this site, just find it such a nice round number.....

There was this little fucker that kept deducting 1 karma a day from my total. So a higher power decided we will annoy the little tit and make him work for his -1 points to get me into negative numbers

I hope that explains it :)

as Oupa says, if you don't re-hab it properly, it may recur. I've also got an old fascia injury - stretching quads and hard cross-friction/foam roller on the injury site works for me
